Literacy Stuff:
1. The following is an excellent link for making online quizes/revision:
I can't claim it for myself... Chris Walker is the guru in this regard...
There are several revision games that you can play - this quiz was online - but you can make your own... or better still get the students to make them! Alexander the Great
2. The following document shows a nice template to work kids through difficult materials. You have probably seen picture dictation before. I have used this activity quite effectively with my low band form class.
3. Embedding Ppoint... This isn't really a literacy activity... more wanting to see if I could get a ppoint to work on here. To utilise ppoint on the wiki you need to use SlideShare which is pretty user friendly once you have a login. De Bono is a literacy strategy that I have also used to get kids thinking about things from a different perspective.
