On the YouTube debate perhaps you could go to Createdebate.com and put up a debate and invite staff to contribute.....Just met this idea via Derek Wenmoth's blog page http://blog.core-ed.net/derek/2009/09/online-debate.html

Where to now?
I think that department meetings are probably a good idea for sharing the love of wikis. Personally, I suspect that my department would be a little reluctant to utilise wiki's on mass. Perhaps we could place some important resources up on a wiki so the departments need to access the wiki and at the same time they can see what its about...?
